Castiko provides a platform for actors to create, manage, and share their professional profiles. We are not an agency or management company, and do not guarantee employment or audition opportunities.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on Castiko. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you post or have the right to use it and grant us the rights as per these terms.
• The posting of your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
